With over 20 years of experience in the Esthetic industry, Krista is the very proud owner of Natural Balance Day Spa. After graduating from Goshen Academy of International Beauty in 1997, Krista worked in a number of different spa settings, including Deerhurst Resort, other high-end resorts in the Muskoka area, as well as some well-known spas here in Barrie. With an eye for decorating (her other passion), she has created a relaxing oasis in the heart of Barrie's south end. She took all the best of each spa and put it into her own. Possessing a delicate touch, she is a master of her trade bringing her knowledge of skin, body, and nail care to her clients. Along with her staff, she has created a hidden gem just waiting to be discovered.
Sydney has been with Natural Balance Day Spa since May of 2017 after graduating from the Georgian College Esthetic program. She has always had a passion for skin care and beauty for as long as she can remember, stemming from her own personal skin care experience growing up. Sydney brings a gentle touch and a calming personality to the team. As an Esthetician, her goal is to share her knowledge and teach her clients how to care for their skin, body and nails while helping to empower them to feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.
Alana joined Natural Balance Day Spa in June of 2023 and brings 7 years of aesthetic experience with her. She graduated form the Esthetic program at Georgian College in 2016 and worked in her home town of Parry Sound before relocating here to Barrie. She has always had a passion for everything beauty related from the time she was young and has turned it into a rewarding career. The services she most enjoys giving are Pedicure's and Manicure's and seeing the clients reaction with the end results. Alana has quickly become a valuable member of the Natural Balance Team and is looking forward to meeting everyone and building her clientele.

We understand that things can come up at times; however, if you’re running late, we may have to customize your treatment to stay on schedule for our next guest.
No Show and Last Minute Cancellation Policy
As of October 2023 a Credit Card # will be required to book all services and a cancellation fee does apply.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations to allow adequate time to fill your spot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of the service(s), if you cancel with less than 3 hours notice or fail to show up you will be charged 100% of the total services(s) to the Credit Card on file.
For packages or bookings of 3 services or more we ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation to give us time to fill those spaces. If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations you will be charged 50% of the total services if less than 3 hours notice is given 100% of the total services will be charged to the Credit Card on file. If you fail to show up you will be charged 100% of the total services or package.
These same rules apply for anyone booking with a Gift Card.
Packages and Group Bookings
When booking packages or services of 3 or more we require a credit card number to hold your spots.
For Group Bookings of $300 or more that take up over 50% of one particular day we require a $100 non refundable deposit that will be taken off your service's the day of your party.
A few other things to keep in mind:
If you are unable to provide us adequate notice for cancellations, a 25% charge will be added to the card on file.
If your cancellations occur the evening before or the day of a group or package booking, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fees.
A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to large group bookings of 4 people or more.
