Gift Cards & Policy
Gift Cards are a great idea for that hard-to-buy person or just a nice way to say, “thank you” or “I'm thinking of you.”
We don't currently offer Gift Card purchases on our website, we really like the honest to goodness human contact so please give us a call and we can take care of it over the phone for you, or stop into the Spa so we can have a little visit while getting your card ready.
Here at Natural Balance Day Spa, you can purchase gift cards for any service or package or in any monetary denomination of your choice.
When booking a service with a gift card, please advise the receptionist of your gift card number.
- If your Gift Card is for one of our packages, including 3 or more services, we require 48-hours notice for cancellation. If at least 24-hours notice is not given, the card then becomes worth half of its original value.
- For all other Gift Cards, 24-hours notice must be given for cancellations, if 24-hours notice is not given, the card will become half of its original value.
- If less than 3 hours notice is given for a Gift Card service cancellation, we reserve the right to consider the gift card null and void (some exceptions apply).
- If you book any service with a Gift Card and fail to show up, the gift card will be considered null and void (no exceptions).
Prices are subject to change without notice. All Gift Cards will be redeemed at the dollar value they were purchased at.
