Have questions before your visit? Our FAQ section covers everything from booking and spa policies to products and accessibility. Whether you're a first-time guest or a returning client, we want you to feel confident and prepared for your experience at Natural Balance Day Spa.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

     Yes, we recommend booking ahead to ensure availability, especially for weekends or multiple services.

  • Are your products truly natural?

    Absolutely. We use locally made, chemical-free products that are safe for your skin and kind to the environment.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes! Treat someone you love to a relaxing spa day with one of our customizable gift cards.

  • Is the spa wheelchair accessible?

    Please contact us directly for accessibility accommodations. We're happy to assist.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    Come as you are—we’ll provide everything you need to feel comfortable during your treatment.

  • Do you do group bookings or spa days?

    We’re happy to accommodate small groups. Please call us in advance to discuss your needs.

  • What is the spa etiquette?

    At Natural Balance Day Spa we want to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience. with that in mind we kindly ask that you follow Spa Etiquette to do so we advise:


    ~Arriving a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your appointment time (10 or more if it is your first time visiting us so you have time to fill out any necessary health history forms>


    ~Please turn your cell phone off or place on silent when you enter the spa to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.


    ~Any children under the age of 16 are only at the Spa if they are receiving a service. 


    We understand that things come up time to time and that if you are running late you let us know, however, if you are late for your appointment we may need to adjust your service to keep on time for our next guest.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    As of October 2023 a Credit Card # will be required to book all services and a cancellation fee does apply.


    Cancellation fees are as follows:


    We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations to allow adequate time to fill your spot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time you may be charged 50% of the service(s), if you cancel with less than 5 hours notice or fail to show up you will be charged 100% of the total services(s) to the Credit Card on file.


    For packages or bookings of 3 services or more we ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation to give us time to fill those spaces. If less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellations you may be charged 50% of the total services if less than 24 hours notice is given 100% of the total services will be charged to the Credit Card on file. If you fail to show up you will be charged 100% of the total services or package.


    These same rules apply for anyone booking with a Gift Card.

Packages and Group Bookings


When booking packages or services of 3 or more we require a credit card number to hold your spots.

For Group Bookings of $300 or more that take up over 50% of one particular day we require a $100 non refundable deposit that will be taken off your service's the day of your party. 


A few other things to keep in mind:


  • 48-hours notice for cancellations of services of 3 or more. (minimum of 24)
  • 72-hours notice for group booking cancellations ($100 Non-Refundable deposit will not be issued as a Gift Card)
  • 48-hours notice for changes to any services in a large group booking


If you are unable to provide us adequate notice for cancellations, a 25% charge will be added to the card on file.

If your cancellations occur the evening before or the day of a group or package booking, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fees.

A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to large group bookings of 4 people or more.
